FUND-RAISING OPPORTUNITIES
Fundraising for the 2009 Senior trip has started. Below are the opportunities currently available for students.
Kroger Gift Cards
Kroger gift cards are available from Mrs. Harper. Purchase your initial $20.00 gift card. You will receive 4% of the $20.00. After you spend the $20.00 you may add money to the card at your area Kroger store. Four percent of all additional activity in will be credited to your senior trip account. Money can be added to the gift card with cash, check or credit card. A printout is sent to the school each month with a recap of the total added to each card.
Encourage friends and family members to become part of this fund raising program and your Kroger card network. Each card they use will be in your name
Joseph Beth Bookseller Gift Cards-November 6-December 1
We are just beginning a fundraiser that was very successful for us last year- selling Joseph-Beth Bookseller Gift cards. Order forms are available in room 406. Gift cards are available in any denomination and all orders and money must be turned in to Ms. Palmer or Mrs. Harper by December 1. Students will receive 20% of all gift cards sold. At this point, we are unsure if there will be an additional sale closer to the December holidays but that is a possibility.
The Yankee Candle Fundraiser is now over- the students earned more than $2000.00 towards their trip! Many thanks to Liz Ruth and her daughter Jordan for initiating and organizing this wonderful fundraiser.
A reminder that if for any reason a student cancels , all money earned through fund-raising will remain at Tates Creek High School in the Senior Trip Scholarship Fund and will not be refunded to students.
Refunds cannot exceed out of pocket expenses--all excess amounts will be placed in the senior trip scholarship fund.
