The registrar has a variety of duties and is located in the counseling office at Tates Creek High School.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT:
-Proof of residence : Purchase contract on house or Lease Agreement on apartment
-Current Utility Bill
-Social Security Number
-Current Immunization Record
-Copy of Transcript/ Current classes and grades
-Tuberculin Skin Test and results for students entering from Asia, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East
-A passport might also be required.

PRINT, COMPLETE, AND SIGN THESE TWO DOCUMENTS AND BRING THEM WITH YOU TO THE REGISTRAR WHEN YOU ARE ENROLLING YOUR CHILD.
REQUESTS FOR TRANSCRIPTS TO BE SENT:
Students need to sign up to receive a transcript from Mrs. Gilley, the Counseling Secretary.
Transcripts cost $1 to send out or be picked up by a current Tates Creek Student.
ONE free copy is available to each student.
Graduates of Tates Creek must pay $2 for a copy of their transcripts.
WHAT MRS. GROSS IN THE REGISTRAR MAINTAINS FOR TCHS:
-Registers new students
-Maintains all students records and Cumulative Folders
-Requests and sends out student records on incoming and transferring students.
-Maintains and updates student transcripts
-Records SAT and ACT scores
-Assists in Graduation- orders diplomas and creates the list of graduates
-Maintains students immunization records
-Maintains and updates drop-out list
-Sends transcripts to NCAA
-Completes all tasks relevant to student records
-Makes sure all reports are accurate for auditors
